How to meet the doctor?
A new patient needs to register at the Out Patient counter which is open from 9 AM to 4.00 PM, Monday to Saturday. After getting a Hospital ID patient is directed to Surgery or Radiotherapy clinics depending on his disease.
How to get in patient care?
A patient who is in need of in house care will be advised admission and can be done by getting a in patient registration in the OP department.
What should I bring for advise and treatment at this hospital?
First time visitors are advised to bring all their investigations,  documentation of treatment received, Histopathology slides and previous hospital discharge cards.

Old patients of this hospital need to present at the outpatient clinics along with their discharge cards and their case sheet of previous admission which can be acquired at the Medical records section.
How long will be the stay?
Duration of stay is variable depending on the type of disease and treatment planned. If surgery is planned an average stay of 7 - 10 days can be expected.

Patients receiving Radiotherapy usually need to stay longer and those staying outside the hospital need to visit the hospital 5-6 days a week to receive the External beam therapy.
Can I have an attendee to take care of me?
One attendee per patient is allowed and encouraged to give moral and physical support. Attendee entry pass will be issued at the time of admission to the hospital. Patients and their relatives are to note that crowding and messing the hospital premises is discouraged. We wish to provide the best possible care and your co operation in this regard will be appreciated.
What will be my expenses?
Cancer care is very expensive and prolonged. Hence, available resources are distributed depending on need and ability to pay. Minimal user charges are levied. White card holders are given maximum concessions possible. Patients who can afford, can avail individual rooms.
